Digital Products (eBooks) All digital products, including eBooks, are non-refundable. Defective or Incorrect Items (Physical Products) Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will offer a replacement or refund at our expense.

However, unused and unopened items may be eligible for return if you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
